Privacy Policy

This page explains what information WordPush collects on wordpush.com and how it is used. It is written for a small service business, not a large advertising network.

Who we are

WordPush provides website design, hosting, email, and related support for businesses of every size. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@wordpush.com.

Information you send us

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share. That typically includes your name, business name, email address, and a description of what you need. Phone number and a current website or social page are optional.

We use that information to reply, to understand the project, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it and we do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

Information collected automatically

The web server keeps ordinary access logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of the request. These logs are used to operate the site, diagnose problems, and watch for abuse. They are not used to build advertising profiles.

Cookies

This marketing site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

Hosting and email

If you become a customer, we will also handle information needed to build and host your site and to provide business email. That information is used only to deliver those services and to support you.

How long we keep information

Inquiry messages are kept as long as they are useful for follow-up or for an ongoing customer relationship. Server logs are rotated on a regular schedule. You can ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold by emailing hello@wordpush.com.

Sharing

We share information only when needed to deliver the service (for example, sending mail through our mail provider), to comply with the law, or to protect the site from abuse.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update this page and change the date below.
