Terms of Service
These terms cover use of wordpush.com and, at a high level, work you ask WordPush to do. A written proposal or service agreement will govern a specific project if one is issued.
Using this website
You may browse this site for information about WordPush. Do not attempt to break, overload, or misuse the site, the contact form, or any related systems.
Inquiries
Sending a message through the contact form is a request to start a conversation. It is not an order, a reservation, or a promise of availability. We will reply when we can and will say so if we are not the right fit.
Services
Website design, hosting, email, and updates are provided under the scope, schedule, and fees we agree with you in writing. Until that agreement exists, published pages on this site are general descriptions, not a contract and not a price list.
Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the text, photos, and other materials you provide, and for having the right to use them. We will not knowingly publish material that is unlawful or that you do not have permission to use.
Our work
Design and code we create for a customer project is licensed for that customer’s use on the agreed site, unless a written agreement says otherwise. The WordPush name, logo, and this marketing site remain our property.
Availability
We work to keep hosted sites available and to correct problems promptly. No public website can be guaranteed to run without interruption. Planned maintenance and issues outside our control can affect access.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, WordPush is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that come from content you supplied, third-party services, or events we cannot reasonably control. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for the service period in which the claim arose, unless a written agreement sets a different limit.
